Thing of note... it's going to be interesting how the team plays post bye week... remember the last time we had a run like this in '21.. we faded post bye week.

You don't think the winning streak was similar to 2021? You're not interested to see how they come out the bye?.. ok..

I wouldn't even concerned about that. Maye is an MVP candidate and their defense can matchup against anyone. Also, their schedule down the stretch faces only one team above .500 in Buffalo at home who they already beat (without wind).

Mac faded as teams got film on him, also an older defense started to wear down… Drake hopefully is made of sterner stuff. We have one of the youngest rosters in the NFL… stay healthy.

Agreed, the '21 team faded towards the end but was somewhat masked by putting an absolutely 'beatdown' on the Jaguars.

Of course, the Jags weren't a great team and if you look back that was the game where they had like 20+ (no exaggeration) guys missing due to COVID.

And adding.. that mac at his best never looked anything close to what Drake has been.. Mac is a 5 year veteran and still makes the same costly mistakes in SF that he's made here. Drake is better mentally, physically and I'd even say a better leader. Drake exudes confidence when he speaks to the media. I never felt Mac gave fans the same. Not to dump on Mac but making a point regarding the 2021 patriots. The only thing on defense that need Vrabel knows that needs to improve is red zone D.. and more consistent pressure.
