How concerned are you about O-line depth?

The AB soap opera will dominate the football discussion for the foreseeable future. To me the more important issue is our lack of depth on the offensive line. I have faith that Karras can do a serviceable job, but an injury to any one of our starters could spell major trouble. If Brady gets consistent pressure up the middle, it wont matter who he has to throw to.

Very. I was sad to hear about Andrews. Seemed like a real glue guy. Nothing but the best for him. Can we get Trent Brown now? Just to rub it in?

I wouldn't say I am freaking out about it but I definitely think it's a concern. The starters I am not worried about (providing Wynn looks how he did in preseason) but it's not often we go through the whole year with the same 5 guys starting every game. Karras was a nice insurance policy for the interior guys but now as a starter we lose that solid backup as well as what is to be assumed a downgrade at center. More worrisome than that for me is the swing tackle spot. Hopefully these new guys can perform comparably to Waddle but in the end of the day Dante is going to make the best of whatever he is given.

It's currently the achilles heel. Maybe Dante's greatest challenge although he has mastered many in the past. Karras, Cunningham, Ferentz. If Karras or Wynn falter we might be screwed.

It’s our weakest spot on the team so let’s hope for health.

Yes, it is our Achilles heel. Specifically LT.

Without Wynn, this season could prove a disappointment.

The Brown signing helps.

He's so quick off the line, he and JE give Brady ammo to destroy blitzes.

But yes, the OL is a big concern right now until they get that depth figured out and secure.

Biggest concern, there will certainly be an injury along the line. I don’t believe Cannon has played a full season yet. Hopefully Cajuste will be able to play at some point.

Signings will happen as the season rolls on. In the mean time we will have to rely on #12's quickness, speed and elusiveness. Who remembers a season without OL problems? I can't.

What is Cajuste's injury? Any chance he could come back? I'm interested to see how Cunningham and Eluemunor work out as depth pieces

Worried. With a weaker Center and an unproven Left-Tackle and without a Top-notch Tight-End as a blocker....

What we have today is not what we will have week 3, which will be different that week 5.... Time will tell.

Considering the only time teams have ever been able to beat us was due to them pressuring Tom and dominating the LOS it is a concern. Still, I would like to see how the current group plays for a few weeks before rushing to judgement.

As of right now the Pats are strong everywhere except OL depth. They can absorb any number of loses to non-key players (besides Gilmore, Brady, Edelman I would argue... Edelman just cause of how money he is with Brady). The only position they can't take a loss is OL

Brady could pass 50 times a game out of the shotgun and easily get a first round bye.

Brown, Gordon, Edelman
Thomas, Dorsett
Michel, White, Burkhead
Watson, [and perhaps another], Develin

That's plenty of targets. IMHO, we should keep them all, some as injury backups.

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION
Yes, I worry about the depth on the OL, and the lack of experience at LT. I simply don't know what we get out of the 2 newbies and perhaps Cajuste later.

Personally, I expect us to add at least one OL and perhaps two, if we need to. This is NOT a worry. Belichick has always been ready to trade for a veteran. And give Dante a few weeks with a veteran, and he will be serviceable.
