Is this some kind of sarcasm?

Butler is an excellent tackler.

In all actuality from the videos they were running during the draft....He does need to wrap up better and TACKLE.....has a bad habit of hitting HARD with shoulder pads to the body and in the videos shown he did take the ball carrier down.....but we all know that things are faster and tougher in the NFL.....you have got to wrap the guy up not just go for the legs every time.......Guys like Duane Starks used to do that "lazy crap" and look where he is today!!!

I don't think most people are blaming him for one play in the Super Bowl. It was a stupid defensive call, putting him out on an island all by himself. I'm talking his entire four years here. It seemed everytime there was a completion to the other teams receiver, Hobbs would be 5 yards away trying to catch up. Then after a twenty yard gain, he would dance because he made a tackle.

In all reality you are right......it was the blown defense that left Hobbs one on one....I get that. He was good in schemes where he had plenty of help...horrible when left alone. And yes, he was a good kick returner....good summary there though on what I will remember Hobbs for best.....getting beat badly chasing the WR down....then getting up and dancing...unreal..
