I have no idea. I define "steroids" as pharmaceuticals obtained from a physician (or on the black market), usually injected via syringe. Anything over the counter without a prescription would be classified as a food supplement.
Whatever they may be called, if they're banned, they support the idea of banning CBD (which is really stupid - the stuff works wonders on some people, me included).
If these other OTC substances aren't banned, then CBD shouldn't be, either.
IMO, it should absolutely NOT be banned.
