Call it a hunch but I think the GM that replaces him will Draft better and not stock the future Team with St's Players.
The way he built a team was the best way anyone has ever done it. Your ignorant comments regarding it only show your ignorance.

I agree with the way BB did it = I agree with the way that turned out to be most successful

BB was terrible = I think doing it the way someone less successful does it is better.

LOL... I'll tell ya.. @PatsFan2 who do you think will make all pros.. Parker or juju.. I think it's a close call. No brady= no rings

Mike Tanenbaum an expert talent evaluator? Who his best draft pick? Revis?

Speaking for myself.. what I do is look at roster building. Most notably the QB position, then the skill positions..

How does 53 look as a whole, viable back ups. Teams I've noticed with top end talent at the skill positions:
Eagles
9ners
Bills
Vikings
KC
Ravens
Dolphins
Dallas
Bengals
There of course are others but those teams to name a few. Those GMs of those respective teams have done a great job at the skill positions be it QB or WRs

As far guys I believe are great talent evaluation people Rick Speilman former Vikings GM and Mike Tannenbaum.
Funny stuff.

And Mike Tannenbaum. That’s hilarious. Let’s pick up the guy who failed with the Jete AND Miami and has been out of the league for 5 years.

Who do you want to coach Adam Gase or Rex Ryan?

Never said he was an expert. I believe he can still identify talent correctly. He's of the names of GMs available that's all.

Sorry your right BB top notch all time great GM..

Based upon what? What did he do that impressed you?
Was it the 29-35 record that got him fired in Miami or the 57-55 t he at got him and 2 coaches fired in NJ?

The rings say so.

But seriously what did tannenbaum do to impress you?
Draft mark Sanchez?

Marc Sanchez at least got to attend 2 AFC Championship games.. what did BB do with Mac or Zapp? Mike Tannenbaum regardless of the record, because records currently meaning nothing to you by your logic.. he still can identify talent. We had Brady for all those years in the AFC East did you forget? He was the clean up man when your HOF GM was busting out on draft picks . Do you remember him? Guy named Tom Brady? Who built Gillette Stadium

Wait a minute.
You are touting a guy who got to 2 AFCCG and lost both as better then and should replace the guy who won 6 SBs went to 9 and at one pint wrntbto 8 consecutive AFCCGs?

Wow. We should just end it here, and you should changed your user name to Mike Tannenvbaum. > Bill Belichick

When did Mike Tannenbaum “identify talent”? While he spent 11 years building teams that had a losing record? While he got 4 coaches fired in 11years?
From 2001-2018 Bill Belichick never went more than 3 years between SBs and Mike Tannenbaum never went more than 3 years “identifying talent” to get his coach fired.

From 2004-2014 GM bill the builder when with no championships.. In 2023 sadly I'd trust Tannenbaum to get a WR draft pick right over Bill. Stevie wonder could pick a WR better than Bill the builder

No.. I'm comparing Bill the GM post brady. You mentioned Sanchez so I mentioned at least he accomplished something that Bailey Jones QB duo didn't. Isn't this Bill the GM I'm talking too?

So your argument is the man who win 6 SBs in 18 years, FAR more than anyone else who ever did the job sucks because there were 9 years between 2 of them? 9 years in which he won his division 8 times, advanced to the conf championship 4 times and the SB twice is worse than the guy who in 11 years had a losing record, got 4 coaches fired and never won, or went to a Sb?

Brady + Bill the coach= 6 rings. Just like your username ring 6 is the last one he'll see in NE.

Wrong you are judging Belichick who had 24 years to base judgment upon.

You are supporting replacing the man who built the greatest dynasty in the history of the sport with a man who

-has 11 years as GM/exec in charge
-made personnel decision that resulted in:
A losing record.
0 division first place finishes
4 post season berths
4 post season wins
0 SBs
4 coaches fired.

He has been unemployed for 5 years.

I’ll ask again what exactly do you think is a positive about this guy.

Has nothing to do with being able to identify talent. Nothing at all..
