Drafting has not been good for a while and has been bad since Cesario left. I really don't understand RKK's logic keeping Wolf and Groh. Yes BB made the final call and was fired as a result. Keeping the two lieutenants who were the ones that RKK told BB to take more input from is counter productive. Just like having Mayo be the coach in waiting. Promoting from within to maintain continuity only works if it is a peaceful retirement, not a firing.
