It's a real interesting take. Basically, Ross lives in NYC and only comes to MIA on game day. On those days, the GM is sitting next to him while the HC is obviously busy working on the field. It gives the GM lots of time to make sure the owner sees things his way.

On the flip side, Krafty Bob and Johnathan were all around the facility and still gave his dad way too much say on things. Maybe the Griers are just good at managing up whereas most coaches just aren't?

They already have a very good defense and run game. Montgomery is a stud. In the right system, Kemet can be a star TE in the league. WRs Mooney and Byrd. Allen Robinson is likely gone for more money.

Yeah it probably wouldn't be a bad idea for him to reset before his next HC gig but I think most on here think he's good enough to get another shot me included.

I think it's only applicable if the coach still has a job. If they are unemployed they can get hired anytime. I'll need to research this.
