GMs seem to have the safest job security right now. Look at Baalke and Pace they will stay on and get to hire another coach that will ultimately fail because part of the problem starts from the GM.
Pace got fired.

Get him back here immediately! But as others have said, Houston makes too much sense.

Wow, very surprising......I'd welcome him back with open arms, wonder if he's a serious candidate anywhere else.

Dolphins are absolute ****ing morons.

Tua sucks. He’s the problem. Flores is an A+ head coach, and every team in the league looking for a head coach should hire him on the spot. Dude is a brilliant playcaller.
I agree that Flores appears to be an excellent head coach. It is amazing that he won as much as he did with such a terrible OL (arguably the worst in the league) and lack of non-injured offensive talent elsewhere apart from Waddle. But if Flores should get credit for winning as much as he did with that OL and lack of offensive talent, I think perhaps Tua should also. The jury may be out on Tua, but IMHO mostly because he has been so injury prone, I think he played better than many quarterbacks would surrounded by that lack of offensive talent. Plus, I would like to respectfully point out that he is the only QB that was 2-0 against the Pats this year, so it is curious that we are high-fiving how much he sucks.

What? Pace got fired. Dumbass.

Is it Flores is fault that Miami drafted Tua over Herbert? That was Ross' decision.

Flores would be smart to not jump right back into a head coaching job. Historically, the guys who are successful as second time head coaches are the ones who take several years away from being a head coach and have some distance from their first go round. The guys who jump right back into a head coaching gig tend to be even worse in their second go round (Gase, Mangini, Rex Ryan all come to mind).

This doesn't bode well for Tua.

Ross just fired the guy who beat the GOAT coach in his own division twice this season.

What a f'in idiot.
Yep we'll have good fortunes against the doofphins from now on thanks Grier.

I don’t know about the Pegulas...seems like they’ve done okay so far.

Johnson and Ross are both meddlesome morons.
Yea they've received some bad press but the Pegulas seem to know what they are doing.

If he wants to commit career suicide, sure. Caserio’s drafting would do a great job of hanging him out to dry again
Totally agree Kontra... Caserio is very overrated with his loser draft picks.
