IMHO the thing that is fishy is the owner Ross and his impatience and tendency to change strategies at a drop of a hat. I’ve seen posters talk about what a lousy owner the Jag’s Khan is, but at least he sticks to a plan, he just has hired some lousy people. I think that apart from the WFT’s Snyder Ross is the worst owner in the league, thank goodness

I’m all in on bringing him back as DC, but Flores shouldn’t be unemployed as HC for long. Would be perfect in Houston with a GM that‘ll know what he likes in players.

If I’m the Jaguars, I’m firing Baalke immediately, asking John Dorsey what he would like to take the reigns, and hiring Flores. They have the QB and they have a few pieces on defense, but Baalke is the stench that will keep quality coaches away.

It wasn't Flores' fault that the Dolphins have blown all their recent first round picks other than Waddle. It isn't his fault Grier is a horrible talent evaluator (sorta like his dad).

I blame Flores for firing his OC every year and not allowing continuity on the offense, but he made the most of the crap he had.
