Would you trade #4 for AJ Brown and pick 32?

I’ve been saying for years this team is missing its James White, Kevin Faulk, Shane Vareen receiving back

I’m so glad we are scouting those kind of players.
I can't wait until training camp

LTD,

You could not be more correct. The 3rd down/pass catching back has been sorely lacking. We have gibby.. who is a former college WR, displayed all the things we needed in a back like him in Washington. Josh will also properly utilize him especially on 3rd down.

This. The third down back is already on the team, and it's one who's actually a threat in the running game.
Just would be nice to, you know, use him like one. Hopefully Josh figures it out.

100% agree!.... well let's see.. faulk, woodhead, Lewis, Vareen, sweet feet.. even Brandon bolden in that role was good. I think Josh can probably figure out a way to use his 6'2, RB with great hands and can make the first guy miss... I'm soooo happy as a fan to know I'll be able to watch a real NFL offense this season.

Also JR Redmond was serviceable in the passing game.

I hope we get a fullback or a tight end who can take snaps at FB
We criminally misused. Jonnu Smith.
And I was amped for that signing.

Forgot about Redmond.. also how great was lewis for us... guy was an automatic 10 yards each time he touched the ball.. Smith I believe it was the complexity of the offense for him.. and your right his was definitely misued. I spoke on the idea of us using bell as a FB possibly??

LTD,

Saw this and wanted to show you..

I wonder why?
He might have been our best WR last season.
Is it the complexity of the offense?
A culture fit?
Ugh he should be a better number 4 than Polk or Baker at this point.
Agreed... and this is coming from Schefter.. who's the best in the business as an insider... it's odd becuase I remember Vrabel saying last week can't win with all good guys.. I like Boutte alot.. guys a play maker and for the life of us.. a WR who actually worked out here.. I think Boutte should be kept..

If we had a week one line up of Diggs, pop and Boutte.. I think we move the ball.

I wonder why?
1) They're drafting/signing at least one more WR (that's what this would indicate)
2) He's the only WR on the team making virtually nothing that would have any draft value. Anything more than a low 6th round pick would be terrific return.

He showed flashes, but if they can do better, and get draft capital for him, you kind of have to do it.

He was the best WR after Douglas, but he’s not overly fast. They can always improve the WR room and he and Bourne might be the odd man out.

You make good sense... but I'm guessing they have to have someone in mind a veteran who's produced at a higher level to move on.. he was the most explosive play maker Last season all things considered.

Idk. Pats get a two for one improvement on the right side with Onwenu at RG and Moses at RT. Bradbury? Not seeing it, but they must see something I’m missing. Not sure you can count on Strange. I like Campbell but he’s a rookie. Even Wirfs had growing pains his first year.

Bradbury signed a 2 year Deal.. he's the proverbial starter. Has great starting experience and will be pivotal for Drake. Campbell is the highest rated OT in the entire draft. He's played at LSU in the best conference in the NCAA.. I'll send you a clip on him.. and why I think he's a day one starter.
Vrabel has said that Strange will most likely be staying at Center. Bradbury was cut by the Vikings because he was overmatched last year - he is not really a starter. Bradbury only has $3.8M guaranteed, so he is being paid like a backup.

[Matt Chatham] Cole Strange sure looks like he’s gonna be an NFL center. One game saw plenty, wow. All that quickness & athleticism best used there. Quick af transitioning from inline to 2nd level. And nasty

Wich is surprising because he was a starter all season last season.. that Vikings offense was good all year... Benny brown, Bradbury, Strange *... will likely be given all the opportunity to line up at C.. my guess is it will be whoever doesn't get beat the worse from The D line in camp will be the starter. Who plays LG if Strange is C?

This is fake news misinterpreting Vrabels comments.

He looked a lot better that’s Polk and Baker thus far.
are we eyeing 2 to 3, WRs in this draft.

If we draft a WR you have Diggs, Douglass, rookie, Hollins and them Bourne, Polk, Boutte fighting for 1 or 2 spots that will be buried on th rg berth chart.
