Would you trade #4 for AJ Brown and pick 32?

I think the Eagles are going to have to eat a massive amount of owed salary to AJB if they trade him, I think that makes it entirely unlikely.

But if you have AJB and Diggs as receivers two guys who are to be fair light years beyond anybody Drake Maye has ever thrown the ball to in his life with the Wr/TE corp behind them and improvements to defense then yeah it should be a playoff team

But I don’t think AJB is happening

They’re not going to be bottom feeders. A couple of surprise wins and a maybe some other things going your way and the playoffs aren’t out of the picture
Agreed. We aren't going to be a push over. Real veteran coaching with championship pedigree, improved roster all around, 2nd year for Drake.. all feels like a much better season.

Are some of you forgetting who Drake Maye is??? We a f#*king STUD @ QB. A potential top 3-5 guy…Spare us with the Sack Jones comparisons…
Absolutely.. guy performed while everything around him was shot to ****.. coaching, OL no offense help.

With a 1st round LT they could

Onwenu is the only returning starter, the ol will go from league worst to above average. One of the primary reasons this will be a playoff team.
Agreed. Campbell, Strange, Bradbury, Onwenu, Moses feels like a solid OL to me..

Idk. Pats get a two for one improvement on the right side with Onwenu at RG and Moses at RT. Bradbury? Not seeing it, but they must see something I’m missing. Not sure you can count on Strange. I like Campbell but he’s a rookie. Even Wirfs had growing pains his first year.

Bradbury signed a 2 year Deal.. he's the proverbial starter. Has great starting experience and will be pivotal for Drake. Campbell is the highest rated OT in the entire draft. He's played at LSU in the best conference in the NCAA.. I'll send you a clip on him.. and why I think he's a day one starter.

This guy has the attitude and mentality that it will take to succeed in the league. Also remember Marrone will be tasked with coaching him.

I’m not against Campbell, but he’s taking a step up. It’s still a challenge.

I would imagine Kugler and Houghtaling will probably spend more time coaching him.

Vrabel has two assistant OL coaches, which is fantastic.

Marrone is the OL coach, Vrabel said he's tasked with taking care of the OL.. basically all the offensive coaches will have responsibility. What I like about Vrabel is he has a larger staff. You need that in today's NFL. I never got draft crazy.. I know, just like our team knows the OL has been a mess to say the least. Without solid OL play you have the 31st and 32nd ranked offense wich we've had.

He gets to prove it this year.

Marrone probably has oversight with some contribution in all OL areas. I assume one of the assistants with do more tech and the other more scheme.

The OL was bad in part because the offense has been pretty uncoordinated since McDaniels left. And now he’s back!

True. He also proved alot last season. No coaching, no WR help, no O-line. It's still remarkable what the kid was able to do as a rookie. He was the only reason to watch games
And it showed that he had no coaching. This year I think we see the second year jump that we all would want to see from a potential franchise QB.

Yes. It was botched in 2022 after being a top 10 unit on 2021. I suspect with Josh back, better QB, better players at the skill positions we should be a top 15 offense or even top 10.. go figure 25 ppg would have been a top 10 offense last season.. Also on the position coaches.. I'm surprised TC McCartney wasn't retained he was tasked with the daily day to day with Drake last year. He was a good coach.

Yes! 7 one score games.. and I know Drake had some rookie mistakes but we were in the positions to win due to him.. we lost due to coaching.. AVP coached not to loose his job and it showed..

Josh will utilize all drakes abilities and athleticism.. as well as protect him. We will have a sound, polished, 3rd down efficient offense. DCs have to worry about Drake running it, throwing it on 3rd down.

I’ve been saying for years this team is missing its James White, Kevin Faulk, Shane Vareen receiving back

I’m so glad we are scouting those kind of players.

Horrible trade, his contract is absurd, give me the contract of the 4th pick. Brown is worth a late 2nd to take in his contract and that's a stretch.
