I just don't know honestly. I can't trust my judgment because I totally understand the science and realize nothing happened other than the strict interpretation of the IGL without properly factoring in the rain shows a few balls were several tenths of a PSI off. Who deflates a few balls a few tenths of a PSI?

A question I would like our fans to push on the press is to ask the NFL to answer what PSI decline does the NFL attribute to tampering and what PSI decline does the NFL attribute to the weather? They will never answer this because an answer shows the absurdity of this. I wish the judge asked this.

My guess vacate but this is not over at all.

No idea. It would seem that it'll be vacated but today I have one of those (useless) gut feelings about it. Doesn't feel great. I've heard 50/50 opinions for weeks.

I've become so accustomed to bad news in this case that it's hard to imagine a victory. I cast a "nay" vote to try and balance the apparently high expectations and confidence in the poll.

Talking about a friend that was framed is understandable. To Patriots fans, Tom Brady is a like a friend. I think talking about our friend that has been framed is fine....but predicting his fate is cold and heartless.

I've seen a lot of cases where the attorney po'd the judge and when he rendered his decision he slammed the attorney and also got one last shot in just to let the attorney who the boss is.
