But i would like if you or someone else who believes alarm bells are ringing have the time, to lay out in point form exactly what you have. Now it can't be a rumor it has to be what is fact.
Because from what i have seen there seems to be a lot of:
1.) "Police are interested in Hernandez's car and LLoyd was in that car" = next comment "The getaway driver is just as prosecutable as the trigger man" insinuating that Hernandez is a getaway driver.
2.) "Hernandez was seen with Lloyd the night before (now 2 nights before... then one night before)" Now being reported as an hour before? = So he was probably with him when he was shot.
I just think people are buying into the media hype here e.g NFL.com article on a Jets fan who followed Hernandez to his car last year heckling him but police were thee and stopped him... why is that now news? I just think people are buying into this without facts.
Don't take this as me saying Hernendez is innocent or guilty of anything. it's just me saying before people start typing his obituary lets get some actual facts.
Because most of the reports are that Hernandez has been trying to distance himself from those people. Also, other reports have unnamed players saying that his friends were a lot shadier than him and lived a "thug life" (quote from the article I saw, not my description).
Also, it is a lot harder for a professional athlete to live a thug life than their hangers on.
I'm sure he distanced himself from them in the regular season, not so much when he has time off. If he has troublemaker buddies, they should be the one holding the guns, getting accused of shootings and whatnot.
Facts are generally a rock solid account of an event supported by one or multiple sources. Right now, everyone is dealing in speculation, innuendo and hearsay. I'm more than happy to sit back and let industry professionals like Deus Irae follow this for me.what makes you think what has been reported are not "facts" . . .
if someone testifies at trial that he heard shots emanating from AH's house . . . how is any less a "fact" then if that same person tells a newspaper . . .
just a word to the wise, people have been known to be, to put it policy, overly zealous with their testimony at trial . . . so when it all shakes down, especially when one is discussion his or her thoughts with friends in person or with others on the internet, there is nothing wrong with using a report from new outlet about what has been said by witnesses to an event . . .

People wonder why rags sell. You only need to observe the sensationalist faction of this board to understand why.
I know someone who was shot to death. Am I also guilty of bad judgement in friends?
Oh, by the way, he was white, an engineer and he was shot by his ex-wife.
Lot of people jumping to a lot of conclusions just because of the neat little 'thug life' narrative that pervades our for profit prison culture. Just because Aaron has some tats and is a little more tan doesn't mean anything one way or the other.
Lots of assumptions going on here that assume drugs/gangster bull**** with nothing to corroborate it. I'm not defending Aaron but some of these conclusions being jumped to are a tiny bit disturbing in what they reveal about those making the assumptions.

Yehoodi, you're not paying attention to what I wrote. There is nothing wrong with having a discussion if you remember that there are few known and supportable facts in this case. For the most part, everyone is operating under the charge of speculation.I am not sure what you mean by an industry expert . . .
But if I had a dime for every case I see with conflicting evidence (that is witness one says red light and witness two says green light and thus we know one is not correct) I could retire . . . point being, just because the evidence is in a court of law does not make it a "fact" in the sense of the word that it is 100% correct or accurate . . . and as such is it not too far off from what one might say to a newspaper . . . accordingly, there is nothing wrong with having a discussion based on reports of what is said by a witness . . .
Lots of assumptions -- but the facts that we do know -- that he's the focus in the investigation -- as the police haven't gone to anyone else's house with search warrants on multiple occasions -- strongly hint that the police think he did something wrong
"an hour" seems pretty clear to me. Certainly does not suggest a different date.

How about the the different vehicles they were supposedly looking for. First it was a Chrysler 300. Then it was a Chevy Suburban. I found a yahoo article that mentioned a Chrysler 200 as well.
How about the different reports on the text message. You had the FOX news one originally claim it was sent when they were leaving the bar. Other reports said the text was sent while they were leaving. It didn't specify whether they were leaving the bar or leaving Ahern's house.
How about the report that Ahern's arrest was imminent?
How about the report that Ahern was seen with Lloyd Sunday night, but now, reports have come out that it was actually Saturday night that Ahern was seen with Lloyd, not Sunday.
They all can't be facts.
It tells me they might not have any other leads.
The guy who died was dating the sister of Hernandez's domestic partner. Have we seen the sister around?
This might not have anything to do with supposed thug friends. We just don't know.
ABC claims that “investigators were concerned for her safety. Police were able to locate her Wednesday, the sources said.”
It sucks to think that we passed on paying Wes Welker to sign this guy long term. Sad but no one could have seen this coming.
What's the point of smashing a phone if police have access to the records anyway?
