The guy directing this drama was pals with Mike Jackson and spent weekends at the Neverland ranch.

The Chopras are Kooks and so are the Bradys.

This anti-Brady movement by a bunch here makes it look like he hurt all their wittle feelwings.

As a Brady fan, it’s ok to say things like that. It’s not as if true Brady fans worship the guy. He’s not god-like.

And since I’m a huge Brady fan, I’ll say that it’s really strange doing a Brady last dance while he’s still playing.

Yup. TLD and OJ: Made in America are the best they've done and 2 of the most entertaining docs I've ever watched.

That ESPN article a few years ago detailed it, and the team/Brady didn’t deny that aspect of it. Guerrero was constantly around, and Belichick revoked some of his privileges. Gronk was reported to have dropped the Patriots training program in favor of TB12.

Brady fan for life here. He contributed to countless memories and great moments, wins... Enough for a lifetime and we got it in the span of 20 years... Makes me sick some of the things some people say about him now. Boston fans encompass the best and worst of sports Fandom.

LOL, the only ones who have their wittle feelwings hurt are the Brady sycophants who get angry when the self-important icon has something derogatory said about him.

    Are you one of them?

“anti Brady” lmao. Gotta love that straw man. So funny how personally some take it when we stick with our own team instead of cheering for their binky and his new team to win a Super Bowl.

The stupidest are always the loudest.

Just imagine adopting a self-righteous pose while trashing the guy who led the team to 6 rings and thinking this reflects well on you lmao

Strange to us, not to him. I suspect Brady thinks of his life's work in stages, and that an entrepreneur's mental model has overtaken an athlete's mental model:
    1. success in pro football
    2. launch product based business on the back of that success, linking the products with the success as much as possible.
    3. spend his last years in pro football in a second geography, creating more attention and opportunity to grow the business
    4. post football business development
    5. sell the business at its peak, if possible.

Because BSPN is on my media hit list I took a vow not to watch that station unless it was a Pats game.
If Tom was still with the Pats I might have watched.
The only loophole I see is that the show will be about his time here.
I doubt that I'll tune in though.

I didn't read all the comments but I can only imagine. It's a bit disappointing that he's teaming with ESPN but maybe it's not the first time. I would of waited longer like Jordan to do it too, but I guess you could always do another.

I don't have any links on me, but I'm pretty sure the whole Alex in the locker room thing was covered, and that coverage included Bill supposedly being pissed-off enough to bar him from it...

Edit: Ice Ice Brady beat me to it...

I agree and I think Brady's post career life has every chance to be as impactful as his career. He does have the world's most successful model advising him. He has transcended football for quite some time now and has all the tools be mega successful - championship pedigree, good looks, well spoken. I don't think he will be as tied to football post-career the way Jordan has with his sneakers. I think he becomes bigger/broader than someone we just associate with sports.

Brady’s achievements will stand the test of time.......yet he doesn’t want to wait.

His self serving attempts to promulgate, control, and steer his own narrative are so brazen and perversely counterintuitive to the humble, overachieving athlete who once was the epitome of team first.

Now.... not so much....not even close.

Self-funding a nine episode tribute to oneself, or should I be more accurate, a nine episode infomercial full of spiritual lessons, self congratulations and product placement is needy, unseemly, desperate.......
    and totally unnecessary.

“Gather my camera crew, my narrative needs adjustment”

Oh Tom.....going full Kardasian may fill your pockets....but this self funded vanity project may not advance your legacy in the direction you apparently crave so badly.

Brady knows that his legacy won't be defined by what he does on the Bucs any more than Montana's legacy was defined by what he did on the Chiefs. In football terms he's getting paid to retire in Florida.

The ingrate backstabber types here would find a pretext to turn on Brady regardless.

He has a three second long video of himself doing a ladder drill in Jeter's yard with the caption "One day closer". Why wait? Just go away now Tommy.

I wasn’t trying to disrespect Brady in any way. I just think that it’s simply too soon if he’s aiming to replicate “The Last Dance.” Way too soon..and it is...

Agreed. It’s gonna take a few years for the haters to get over their blind hatred and jealousy for Brady after he retires to really appreciate what he was. The Goat. Still playing and doing this which seems as a consensus that it’s copycat. He’d have to really give a lot more of himself for this to be a blockbuster must see. Yeah, that means putting all the allegations and myths out there from his point of view. Not standard Patriots speak which the whole country has grown tired of “Do your job, one game at a time, control what you can control”

It will go off well for the Brady fans but not so sure for the rest of fans. Unfortunately, Chaos, controversy and scandal rule the ratings for the most part in America.

Honestly, I thought Montana or Rice would of been next for BSPN recent success. Jordan saved their asses during this covid. Too bad.
