yes I watched. Chandler jones did a very good job vs the run when he was here.
And btw in his rookie year we were #9 in run d and #6 in ypc

Who is this Lee guy? He was our best defender on the field yesterday and that's saying a LOT because the defense was doing a JOB on Buffalo holding them to only 3 points.

Didn't know anything about Eric Lee prior to his signing here. Didn't know anything about him prior to the draft last year either (and I wasn't alone: NFL.com didn't even list him at all, either among DLmen or LBs). His athletic #s didn't impress me. His college production didn't impress me. I would've preferred that Bill attempt to sign DE Ifeadi Odenigbo from Minnesota's PS.

But hey, gotta give the devil his due. He has impressed me where it counts: his on-field production.

Can he keep it up? Probably not, but we need all the help we can get, no matter how small or infrequent. Kinda shows just how useless Cassius Marsh had become.

Lee has had a significant impact over the five quarters that he's played without Trey Flowers on the other end. I'm kinda excited to see what happens when they're both on the field at the same time after Flowers gets back to 100%.

That'll pretty much be the first time this season that opponents will need to account for two rush end threats. Think about how that may also help the interior rush in the playoffs, especially now that Brown is healthy again.
