isaac also attributes his strong throwing arm, reportedly being able to throw the ball 78 yards flat footed, to throwing 1–2 pound rocks at coconuts up to 70 feet high hanging from the trees. Patriots liked him coming out in 2004 but Wilfork fell to the Patriots otherwise he could well have been a Patriot much earlier in his career.

Like this trade a lot. Sopoaga was a big part of the 49ers defense last year. Put him in with Kelly, Jones, and Vellano and really believe the Pats have the makings for the defense of old..

I like it. Priority should be addressing our run defense issues above all else. All it took was moving down a round so still some ammo left if we choose to continue. Now lets go get Gonzo!
