Do we want Dolphins to beat Steelers in wild card game?

Do we want Dolphins to beat Steelers tomorrow?

Who do we want Oakland/Houston or Dolphins?

Do we want the Dolphins to knock off the Steelers? For weeks for the most part people have been agreeing the Steelers are our toughest possible opponent, followed very closely by the Chiefs (in the AFC). There might be some disagreement on that but that is what I see from all the reading. It might be a close call but Steelers are the most feared.

So, it's awesome we only would have to face one or the other if we get past Divisional, however, would we prefer to have them knocked off and basically have our path become:

A. Dolphins then Chiefs

B. Dolphins then Houston/Oakland (if by some miracle Chiefs choke)

What say you?

Steelers, Cowboys, and Giants are the only remaining teams in the playoffs that are on my sh*t list. The sooner these D-bag teams are out, the better.

There are no easy teams in the playoffs. All these remaining teams have very good defenses with varying levels of offenses. Games turn on a dime. A couple of strip sacks on Brady (either against Miami or Houston in the earlier round)and we will be looking at an uphill battle. I will take this Pats team over any AFC team.

Moore coming into Foxborough doesn't scare me.. Roethlisberger coming into Foxboro doesn't scare me either, but it would be a nervous game lol

Yes. If Miami wins I am confident we crush them in Foxboro.
They will wilt playing in New England weather.

Also Make the Texans go through KC first before they get a crack at us.

Goodell wants Pittsburgh/Giants in the bowl. Miami will get screwed by the refs tomorrow. Wrolstad is a pretty fair ref but there's a little scumbag mole snuck onto his roster in the form of Jeff Triplette. Right now he's an alternate. You should all smell a gigantic rat if one of the members of Wrolstad's announced crew suddenly gets "sick" or has "chest pains".

It is tough to beat the same team three times in one year, but talent matters. We are far more talented than Miami. The Steelers are the team that is the worst matchup for us. I have no interest in seeing them in the AFCG. So, yes, I'm rooting for Miami. Look at their schedule. They have beaten nobody. That is not a good football team.

My biggest fear with the Dolphins would be the game being out of hand and Donkey Kong Suh doing what he does and taking out Brady's knees. He knows the league wont do **** to him. He's been getting away with it his entire career.

I prefer the path of least resistance. Easiest path is Dolphins then Texans. Hardest path is Dolphins then Chiefs. In between you have Texans then Chiefs or Steelers. Texans are not winning at Arrowhead, so wishing for them in the AFCCG is a pipe dream. So I say take the Texans, let the Chiefs and Steelers pummel each other in a game where neither can feel settled for the whole 60 minutes, and let the Pats finish the survivor off in Foxboro for the AFCCG. Going to have to face one of them. I'm undecided on which of KC/Pitt I'd rather face. But I'll take the Texans over the division rival Dolphins between the two.

We're screwed any which way. Our goose is cooked.

wrong...OUR goose is DEFIANT.....and he's told me that the Steelers like to flog their dolphin too much and will be weak in the gut for this game

I would rather see the fish beat Pitt and Houston upset K C next week.

I am in favor of Miami beating Pittsburgh. I always want to play the easier team.

I don't want to sound overconfident but Miami then Houston would be too damn easy. I just don't see the Fins winning today just like I don't see the Texans winning in Arrowhead if it came down to it. Crazier things have happened in the playoffs!

You guys will destroy either team, and I would be shocked if the conference final is close. The Superbowl is probably a different animal, but the road that leads there should be relatively easy.

I think you could make an argument for each scenario. If Pitt wins, they go to KC and they get to push each other and the winner could come out stronger. Or they could beat each other up and come out beaten and bruised. If Miami wins, both NE and KC would have easy divisional round games. Not sure which one I think is better...

No thanks to playing a divison rival for a third time this year, especially a divison rival with the always dirty Suh on it.

I'll take the hapless Texans and having the Steelers and Chief rip each other to shreds next week.

That's it. I don't want to see what Suh has in mind when the game is getting out of hand. The last game they already new they were in the playoffs which may have been a "dirty" play inhibitor but if Suh knows he's going home for the rest of the winter what is he capable of? I'd rather not find out.

You think the Texans are going to beat KC?
