My idea is to have everyone contribute to a Deflategate timeline story. I will start it and everyone can follow on. If it's a bad idea, feel free to delete it.
Basic rule ideas:
Limit to something involving one incident of the event.
Try to continue the narrative from the previous post best you can.
Does not have to be completely factual, after all it is the story by us. Just ensure it follow the general narrative and timeline.
Lastly, the funnier the better.
So, here goes the start.
"On a cold day in early Januauy, a phone rings at the NFL Office of Dean Blandino, NFL VP of Officiating. "Hello, this Dean". The voice on the other end is Ryan Grigson, GM of the Colts and Jim Irsays' sock puppet. "Hey Dean it's Griggsie! We on for the illegal football sting against the Pats this weekend?" "Damn straight we are Griggsie..you tell pill popping Jimmy that the NFL is on point!".
