I used to think Tomlin wasn't a great coach and was just a cheerleader player's coach who did less with more but after these last few years I have come to respect him as much as any coach in the league. He always keeps his teams in contention and had to deal with major divas like Roethlisberger, Joey Porter, Antonio Brown, Leveon Bell, and I am sure a dozen others. This clip below is one of the things that I really respect about Tomlin. He genuinely seems to care about the players he coaches.
Tomlin has always seemed like a guy that would have his team above .500 just on his leadership alone, even if he was coaching badminton.
