I hate to be this guy but the phrase is "I couldn't care less" as in you don't care about this at all. By saying "I could care less" you're saying that you do indeed care about this.

Thanks for the lesson.

In any case it really sucks that Josh has to deal with another vicious rumor and get distracted from his OC duties. The Payton Hillis rumor was really nasty and based on hearsay; bringing family issues into football coverage is really a low blow. This rumor may also be a nasty slur.

Or, maybe, just maybe, they watched his tape and didn't like what they saw? [Just a reminder that Milton started fewer games in his last four seasons than Maye did in his two seasons as a starter.]
Dobbs is a pretty horrible QB. It goes deeper than watching some film on Milton.
I am not so sure you can blame him for that. It was not his job to throw the game. Put yourself in his shoes; it was his one chance to prove to the world that he was a starting-caliber QB. I just cannot see anyone in his position throwing the game; it would sink any chance he had to start here or elsewhere and he would forever view as a terrible QB
It was a completely meaningless game...even for him. He's playing against a team with nothing to play for and couldn't wait for the game to end to avoid injuries. The game wouldn't have proven anything for him. It's one thing if Milton stood in the pocket and found guys wide open to deliverer passes. However, what many here are missing when defending him was how badly he was trying to extend plays and chuck it downfield. We also don't know if the original play was to be more conservative, but Milton went rogue. He was clearly playing hero ball and you know ownership was pissed off about that.
If I was Josh, I would have told Milton that he could compete for the starting job in training camp and the preseason.....and be serious about... if Milton has the skills. If he had equals skills, he deserved an equal chance. Is Milton really vastly inferior to Drake or was he buried on the bench because Drake is the golden boy, hand picked by Bob at pick #3? We all assume the former, but maybe we will find out for sure.

We do not know if Milton has the skill set; if he starts a few games in Dallas and does well, then we will know that the Patriots and Josh make a terrible mistake. If he stews on the bench and agitates for the starting job even when Dak starts to suck, then we will know that the Patriots did the right thing.
If the rumors are true, Milton is extremely delusional and had to go as he doesn't understand basic politics. The team wants Maye to be the guy for obvious reasons, so he's going to get every opportunity for that. In the end, he might be better than Maye, but he has to know his place and wait his turn. Vrabel wanted to get rid of these bad seeds and Milton looks to be one of them.

I thought this referred to milton Williams, and was like wtf??

But it's about Joe milton? He's still a thing that's putting panties in a bunch?

Gotta be honest with you all, it's wtf that some care so much about a third string qb...
