Not a half bad schedule if you're hoping for good things for the Cowboys. The Chiefs and Eagles were going to be favorites in those respective games even if Elliot were playing. The rest of the games look very winnable for the Cowboys without Elliot.

Well, the first appeal was a formality. He had to appeal to the same judge the rejected him last night so, as expected, he lost.

Now he goes to CA2 and we will have to see what they say.
