But Houston does have the number one defense. A loss in the first playoff game would be a shocker, totally, no matter who it is.Here me out here. I would expect us to beat all three, but both Hou and Oak are coming in with major issues at QB.
However, Moore has proven he is no idiot. No, he isn't Marino or Pennington, but he isn't a moron. Couple that with the fact that Maxwell will be back, I think they look more of a complete team than the other two. One we should beat, but not a car crash.
Would you consider Miami more of a threat in Foxboro than the other two?
not if they come hereNone of those teams are even remotely a threat to the Pats, but Miami right now is the best of those 3.
Um. I suppose 2010 is a good reminder of divisional dangers, but we're talking about the Matt Moore led Dolphins. Let's not give in to the crazy.
hey always say that it is hard to beat the same team three times in one season. However, it happens periodically. Since 1950, it has happened 17 times:
- 2009 Dallas Cowboys over Philadelphia Eagles
- 2008 Pittsburgh Steelers over Baltimore Ravens
- 2004 St. Louis Rams over Seattle Seahawks
- 2002 Pittsburgh Steelers over Cleveland Browns
- 2000 New York Giants over Philadelphia Eagles
- 1999 Tennessee Titans over Jacksonville Jaguars
- 1997 Green Bay Packers over Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- 1997 New England Patriots over Miami Dolphins
- 1994 Pittsburgh Steelers over Cleveland Browns
- 1993 Los Angeles Raiders over Denver Broncos
- 1991 Kansas City Chiefs over Los Angeles Raiders
- 1986 New York Giants over Washington Redskins
- 1982 Miami Dolphins over New York Jets (in a shortened season)
- 1965 Green Bay Packers over Baltimore Colts
- 1964 Buffalo Bills over San Diego Chargers
- 1958 New York Giants over Cleveland Browns
- 1952 Detroit Lions over Los Angeles Rams
does Matt Moore count?Of course they're going to be tougher, they have a quarterback.
divisional opponents are always tough and strange things happen. I just dont see miami going into pittsburgh and winning with moore. they would have a chance with tanehill
If they played in Miami, they might have a snowballs chance. In Pittsburgh, I say no. Miami, on the road has been average and barely beat the Rams. I think the Stigglers are going to roll over Miami 30 or 40 something to 14 at the most. And it won't be that close.

out of the three .i want to face Miami the least. its hard to beat a team three times in a season. that and they are a division team that's very familiar with the pats and no stranger to foxboro. give me the texans. Here me out here. I would expect us to beat all three, but both Hou and Oak are coming in with major issues at QB.

This is the third or fourth time I've seen/heard this today, so it's gaining lots of traction, but it isn't really true, is it?But Houston does have the number one defense.
