I still can't believe how many people are still out and about. I get wanting to keep life normal. But to avoid a shelter in place which happened in SF and could happen in NY (It may be unavoidable in time) I still feel not enough is being done.

Shut it all down now like SF. Yes it will hurt and kill people and businesses financial wise..but on the back end I think we would come out better than dragging it out for 5 months into the summer.

2 more people in my office building now have it (Just got the email) so we're at 4. Stay at home if you can work from home..it's not that hard to understand

That 200 number MA has now once testing comes up...if it does...the real number must be triple that

I hate to see any Chinese people being hassled over Trump’s verbiage. That said, you can’t control morons. Anyone who would blame Chinese US citizens or everyday Chinese China citizens is a total ignoramous.

I’m glad he’s calling it The Chinese Virus.

China could have prevented all of this and didn’t. Someone needs to push back at least some. The consequences of ignoring another SARS virus, as the Wuhan doctor described it to government officials, will wind up killing so many people needlessly.

I’m not saying that’s why Trump is doing it, as I’m sure it’s some selfish/political (those words mean the same thing) reason to deflect blame. But China’s government needs to be tarred and feathered for this.
