Best Of Social Media: Sights and Sounds From Week Four Of Training Camp
The New England Patriots concluded another week of camp on Sunday, ending week four with a “simulated game” featuring split squads between blue and white teams inside Gillette Stadium.
Running back Sony Michel also made his training camp debut after coming off the PUP list following off-season foot surgery.
“I’m feeling good,” Michel said following practice Friday. “It’s just a blessing that I’m able to get back on the field. I’m just working hard and doing what I have to do to sustain that. Certain things I dealt with in the offseason, I kind of had to handle it so I could be able to get to on the field at this point. I did everything that I needed to do, and I’m here now.”
Meanwhile kickers Justin Rohrwasser and Nick Folk continue to battle it out for the starting job, with Folk appearing to be in position to take it.
