I would really like to see him use his athleticism on offense. On offense he is more of hustle and shoot open threes which he isn’t good at yet.Don't care if it's the lowly Raptors enjoying the hell out of this game.
C's numbers are just ridiculous on both O and D.
Walsh has really come on over the last several games and has played much better than Peterson. That wasn't the case before but good to see. Walsh has potential to be a solid contributor.

A player needs more opportunity to gain confidence. In some ways I’ve looked at Walsh similar to Nesmith. NBA-level talent, hustle, can he put it together? He did exactly that today. Had several very athletic drives to the hoop and just missed what would have been an absolute monster dunk in dmheavy traffic. Also made at least one 3 and looked very smooth doing it, good form and follow-through. He's playing much better offensively now than a few weeks ago.
Great comparison.A player needs more opportunity to gain confidence. In some ways I’ve looked at Walsh similar to Nesmith. NBA-level talent, hustle, can he put it together?
Last two games he had been solid
Yeah Tatum showed again why he's one of the best players in the league. One of Tatum’s best nights all season. He absolutely took over and White hit two huge shots down the stretch.
Great minutes from Neemy too.
When they're mentally switched on and, play smart basketball, the Celtics are on another level. That's the frustration with their dumb shoot threes at all costs gameplan.Impressive 1st half for the C's.
Playing with intensity and focus.
Everybody playing well.
DWhite puts the exclamation point on it blocking Antny Edwards at the buzzer
I thought Pritchard had turned the corner, but now I think Pritchard has another year or so of growth. He is only 26. I think he will be great this year, but I think he will grow more in 2025 and 2026. I am looking forward to watching him in the years to come.I LOVE seeing Pritchard’s confidence in driving to the rim and making plays down there. Just makes him that much better.

I think we make moves to trade Jrue and/or KP in the not too distant future while they still have value. Pritchard will likely replace Jrue.I don't know that they can keep him happy for the duration of his current contract. Pritchard wanted more playing time last year & got it this year when Brogden & Smart left. Given his current performance, I would guess that he's going to want to start eventually. Is he our future starter when we have Holiday & White in front of him because all 3 of them are under contract through the 2028 season.
On top of that, his trade value is really high now so it makes sense (after this season) to see if you can get a good draft pick for him. It's either that or trade White (no way!) or Holiday (...maybe) but then again, the question becomes - is he a starting guard?
It won't be this year. They aren't f-ing with this roster.I think we make moves to trade Jrue and/or KP in the not too distant future while they still have value. Pritchard will likely replace Jrue.
Two aging players, one with constant injury issues aren’t long term fixtures for this team unfortunately.
I agree 100%. I'd even wonder if they keep everything as is for next year if they repeat, though I think KP is not a long term guy.It won't be this year. They aren't f-ing with this roster.
It'll be interesting to see what the new ownership group mandates. Obviously Brad has done a great job but hes been given a big-ass checkbook to deliver championships.I agree 100%. I'd even wonder if they keep everything as is for next year if they repeat, though I think KP is not a long term guy.
Pritchard is at least getting paid good money now (averaging $7.5 Million), so maybe that's enough for him? But I would bet that if he continues the way he is this year and the Celts do manage to repeat, there will be a lot of calls asking about his availability. I'd love to know what the Celtics brass are thinking.
I have a bad idea. In order to get Pritchard in the starting lineup and keep him happy, we trade Holiday with either Walsh/Peterson/Springer for Jimmy Butler LOL. Seriously....roast me for this suggestion. Butler can come off the bench. Is their a rule that prohibits the Celts from making a trade?
