This Celtics team seems bent on shooting itself in the foot. Losing a second game to Atlanta is inexcusable.

Not sure why they can't close the door on a lesser team. It's been a season long quest of giving up leads and making blow outs close games. Today, it bit us hard.
The tech on Tatum in the finally 90 seconds was total BS. Not sure what the ref was seeing.
This gives Embid 4 more days to heal up.

You beat me to it. That was pathetic. Marcus Smart made about 5 mistakes in the last few minutes. This team is just kind of annoying to root for sometimes, they're soft, badly coached, and just play stupid. I'd like to say this game will be a wake-up call, but who knows with this crew.

What's maddening is a gold-lined path to the finals is shaping up for them and they pull this crap. They're not very bright and have no killer instinct.

Agreed. Tatum had no impact at the end of the game, which is when your supposed superstar should be closing things out.

OK enough is enough. The path to 18 is lit up like a freaking airline runway. If the Celtics don't take advantage there is no excuse.

Tatum has to wake up, I don't want to see Smart close out games, and the coach has got to ramp it up real quick. You see the Heat last night? Spoelstra called a timeout whenever there was a shift, and even down 16 the game didn't feel remotely over. Teams have to be COACHED, enough of this let the guys figure it out stuff
