The contrast between her and Ann Michael is astounding. When asked about who was in the AFCE and she said "The Bills and their little brothers" I was flabberghasted. Meanwhile from what little I've seen of Ann Michael on tv and the internet she seems like someone you'd be happy to hang out with and have a beer.

Thats the vibe i get as well. I hope her and Drake stay the same throughout all the upcoming success theyll both accumulate

Robert saleh + Mike McDaniels -- book it !!!!
Reminds me of that Big Bang episode where Howard learns Bernadette had dated the Rick Fox character.

Salah, the tough guy athlete teaming up with the nerdy DnD player ? I dunno…

Vrabel had a lot to do with this IMO.

Year 1 taking the AFCE away from McDermott and in the AFCC. Furthermore, McDermott called the media on the plane ride home and blamed the Refs for losing.

I missed this... I assume he meant his own coaches when he said it?

Of course. [And in a way, he did help get Mayo fired by showing Kraft that Mayo was hindering his development.]

Ann Maye is an Angel.

I don’t understand peoples fascination with Daboll. He’s been terrible everywhere he’s been with the exception of a couple of years with Josh Allen carrying him. He’s like the new Adam Gase.
I think he would be fine as an OC. I kinda see him as the Josh McDaniels of Buffalo. Familiarity with Allen during their peak years probably helps

"Hee hee, the AFC East? You mean the Buffalo Bills and their three sons? Tee hee!!!"

- Bills lose the AFC East division title
- Josh Allen craps the bed in the playoffs, loses in the divisional round
- Patriots advance to the AFC Championship Game
- Sean McDermott gets fired
If I had time I'd fly home to Buffalo and visit every Irish dive bar in the city. It's gotta be quite the scene right now.

One year too late in my opinion, so I'm not shocked. In all honesty, for a team that just needs to get over the hump and could use a guy for 2-3 seasons to do that, the nightmare scenario would be seeing Belichick end up there. But I don't know who he'd have for a staff, especially on offense, and that would likely be a big key to that and hurt his chances of that happening.
You think Jordon would be his OC?

Crazy world. 24+ teams would die for the Bills situation - over half a decade of playoff runs and division dominance.
That historically is the sign of a great coach and consistent winning football. Owners must forget that the odds of winning the SB are terrible. That you can have a great team, winning formula, successful coach... and still not make it to the top 4.
Because players still make mistakes. And Allen - for all of his talent - still makes mistakes, along with the rest of the old/mediocre roster on the Bills. This coach-firing has gotten ridiculous.

This is a decision that will haunt the Bills.

If they had fired the GM, I would say, that's the problem right there, and it doesn't matter that you fired McDermott.

But right now the Bills have the worst of both worlds.

McDermott actually coached a defense well that was patched together with duct tape and band-aids.

Their defensive backfield: Benford, Dane Jackson, Taron Johnson, Savage, old man Poyer, Methuselah White. Horrific. Linebackers: Shaq I've been cut by 5 teams Thompson, Matt Lighter than a Milano Cookie always injured. Rousseau, Epensa, Bosa, need upgrades. Granted, I do like their DTs especially the rookie Walker.

They have squandered 1st round pick after 1st round pick.

Again, Im not saying McDermott is a great coach, but I do appreciate he can coach a talentless defense.

As for the offense, maybe Dion Dawkins needs to retire and get Allen some weapons.

Former Miami Dolphins Head Coach Mike McDaniels has announced he will be heading up the search for the Buffalo Bills new head coach.
Ok, everyone on this forum needs to learn this, so don't take it personally.

Our guy has an S. The former Dolphins coach does not.

Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

I didn't see that coming. I don't remember who told me on Saturday that he'd get fired if they lost, but they were right.

I'm sure the nail in the coffin moment was when he allowed White to tap out and Nix threw the deep bomb for a TD on the backup. That was seriously idiotic.

WOW!

I heard Chris Simms discussing it this morning and he said the majority of people he talked to felt it was a catch and the Bills got hosed.

OK, too bad so sad.

The refs helped the Bills beat the Pats and have been making brutal calls all year to all teams.

That along with the arrogant and dismissive Bills fans leaves me feeling zero sympathy for them.
What does the RULE say?

BTW, I live in Buffalo and so I know a thing or two about how Pegula operates, even on a private level from both mutual acquaintances and from negotiations he had with my workplace.

He has stuck through horrible management & GM of the Sabres. He did the same thing with the Bills. He likes his administrator corporate cronies and sticks with them, while he cycles through coaches with the Sabres, never recognizing what the real problem is.

He seems to be reproducing what he did to the Sabres with the Bills.

He had a top contending team when he bought them and the constant recycling of coaches but never going after his personnel guy and President hollowed out the team.
