That knife has been planted squarely in Brady's (and to some extent all 3) by turds like F&M, Shaughnessy, Volin, Tomase, Borges and so on.

A point can be made that RK gave up the fight too easily. But the recourse was to go Jerruah Jones on Goodell and that gets them no where. The NFL was bound and determined to screw them and neither facts, nor logic, nor morals mattered one iota.
