Ironically, for the first 2 years it's $4M a year less than both Osweiller and Bradford.

The more the better, I'm more of a Brady fan than a Patriots fan these days. For obvious reasons.

OK so they save 3m on the cap over the next 2 years and give him a little bump. Seems ok.

I can't imagine years 3 and 4 are guaranteed and if hes gone there won't be a significant cap charge and they'll just re-do the deals anyway if he is still playing at a close to All-Pro level.

Pretty good deal for both sides. Gives the team a little bit of short term cap relief, keeps Brady locked up for 4 years, and gives him a big ass signing bonus right now. Plus they can easily restructure again in this same manner in 2-3 years if Brady continues to defy his age.
