Why Vacate
* I keep hearing how Berman has been hard on the. NFL because they have a slam dunk case. I call. BS on that. If he thought that, it would be over with. He would not waste the courts time. He used the words "Cases have been vacated on this issue alone" pertaining to Pash.
* I keep hearing that if he rules for Brady, Berman's district would be flooded with cases in the future looking for reversal results. Maybe so. But if he rules for the NFL in this lopsided fiasco. He is basically saying Arbitrators can never ever be challenged in that court again.
* By even going as far as asking for Mara to enter the settlement talks. He has given every chance to the NFL to save face. He would not be railroading them with a vacated decision. On the other hand he would be railroading Brady with a upheld decision on the way he has handled his proceedings.
