Anyone have a pic? I’m assuming that it’s the same one from last Monday’s media night. Supposedly, it changes the pH balance of the water to a more alkaline liquid. There’s some benefits to this approach, but I’m not familiar with the subject matter.

I do know that many outlets suggest drinking 1/2 an ounce per pound of body weight, so if Brady is at 225 lbs, the suggestion is around 112 ounces of water.

Yeah, I drink at least a pot of black coffee every day. Been doing that for more than 40 years. Navy-strength black joe, not justfor breakfast anymore.

Bet you it's 18/8 cold rolled steel. I have the same type of drinking bottle for drinking water. Don't know if it changes the pH but it sure eliminates the plastic taste you get if you use any other drinking bottle. Makes drinking water that much more pleasant.

I’m 60 years old. I use a bathroom when I hear a faucet running lol
