Well the Panthers, Bears and Cardinals suck too much for us to get a top 3 pick in the draft but this certainly helps.

I hope he recovers well in order to sign a good deal, this is a good player.

Hope he heals up ok and is back on the 2024 team.

Only bright side here, this injury may make him very affordable to bring back on a 1 year deal.

Not unreasonable for him to be ready by week 1 next year. He'll have over 10 months

All I can think of is 2015-16 where we lost 3 or 4 pro bowlers. Mayo, Vollmer, and two others I can’t remember. Still barely lost to Denver on the road in the AFCCG.

2015 was - imo - one of the most complete amazing nE teams of all time. This is so far removed. I get what you’re saying, but…

Cardinals seem like they're hankering to win a few games, the way they've competed. Not to mention, Kyler is returning soon.

Feels like Bears/Panthers being 1-2 is very likely. But the Bears have the Panthers pick, and I could see them wanting to go QB/Marvin Jr. duo and not trading down.

They already have stacks of draft picks, and can flip Fields for a few nice draft picks.

The pats win total is 5.5. They should do everything they can at this point (trading assets, playing young players) to ensure a top 3 pick at this point. They are probably going 5-12 regardless.

Agree with this, but that’s a really tough sell for the players and coaches. Belichick won’t do it because he can’t ask players to give everything have, and then deliberately blow games. But as a fan I want a QB in the first 5 picks, so I want them to lose so they can get better.

The dolphins players was lunging forward, all momentum was going one way... I can't see any dirtiness at all here

I think Bourne's foot get stuck a bit too long on the grass. Very unfortunate
