So far team has not made a move on OBJ….and that the open roster spot was filled by Jarrett Stidham….per the Boston Herald!
It wouldn't be surprising if Hoyer was released when they need a roster spot for OBJ.This is probably the right move. A true backup. Hoyer is really a coach pretending to be a player at this point.

Hoyer has said he doesn't want to go anywhere else at this point. The real danger is that he has to clear waivers first.One or the other will be inactive on game days, I think BB is afraid someone would poach either one of them from the practice squad.
