So you expected production out of Izzo, Keene, LaCosse, Watson, Asiasi? For old times sakes, what were their nicknames?

Bill & McD appeared to have concluded that the TEs were ill-prepared to see the field and that there were better options available to them from other positions; otherwise if Slappy Caley is worth keeping then why couldn't he procure anything whatsoever from them, even just a little bit?

Not gonna apologize for wanting my position coaches to have actual, like, you know, experience coaching those very same positions somewhere OTHER THAN Billy's F & Fs program.

Not sure how much of this is on him or Patty... (the TEs running into each other)

No idea. Could be Fat Matt. Could be Mac calling the wrong audible. Could be HH and JS reading the D wrong. Certainly could be Caley doing a ****ty job...

c'mon johnny one note. After all this time you should know that while Kraft make public comments like the FAN he is; the ENTIRE football operation is run IN FULL by Bill. like any fan Kraft gets an opinion, but as a good businessman he KNOWS that when you hire a guy to do a job you LET him do the job. You can 'suggest' but you don't tell. IF you don't like the results then you simply either fire the guy and replace him or do it yourself.

Bob can fire Bill anytime he wants, but I don't take his public "football comments" without a grain of salt.

BTW- can you get me a link to the quote where Kraft stated that he wanted BOB

@Triumph is just making things up, of course Kraft never said that or other things his imagination claims.

The injuries, though, are what jump out at me. Last 3 years, I'm seeing Hamstring, Ankle, Neck, Lower Lumbar, Chest Rib, and Knee. Entering his 11th year, this is a dude trajecting down, imho.
Add a PED suspension this season to the list to give you the full picture.

The whole Hopkins hype is because people fell in love with a guy ten years ago. Well, he ain't that guy any more.

You would think we would have learned all about this after the Cam Newton Experience, but apparently we didn't.

Stole this off Reddit.... O'Brien when he arrives to the first coaches meeting in NE:

I don't disagree with you there (that the tweet is incorrect). I just used it as an example of the 2 TEs running into each other (as potential evidence of bad TE or O coaching), as I couldn't find a video of it (and am too lazy atm to make it).
Yeah I kinda focussed on the tweet and wasn’t really paying attention to your comments.

Why not Zappe for #1s?
Might have gotten that if they traded him after the Cleveland game before the Bears disaster.

my understanding is that you can have a 10 year contract with an OC, but you CANNOT stop him from seeking a HC's job in ANY year of the contract. The best you can do is keep him from seeking another OC job with a long contract. That's is what it is.
That was my point. Did anyone think a relative newcomer like Caley would have gotten a HC opportunity after only one year as OC?

Kenny G, everything that is not rainbows and unicorns is taken out of context, a joke, rumors, didn't mean it, hypothetical, a dream with you people.

Next youll be spinning that Kraft never stated that he was unhappy with the Pats drafting and win/loss record.

Thank god the Patricia/ judge era is officially over
That was a step back for sure. You have to wonder if B & B made that move to save money while waiting for O'Brien.

There is "spinning" and then there is outright making things up (lying), which unfortunately has become your speciality. Several times in this thread you have put words in Kraft's mouth that he never said. When challenged to provide verification in the form of links you either ignore it or direct people to Google. That kind of dishonest nonsense not only is childish, it dumbs down the forum. Just cut the crap. And also put a little thought into showing @patfanken some respect if you want to engage with him, the man has forgotten more football in the last week than you'll learn the rest of your life.
