Bill’s first offer…

Titans have been pretty silent. Though they just moved on from a defensive coach who had a tertiary relationship with New England, so maybe they are more hesistant.
I read some of the reasons they moved on from Vrabel was friction w/ GM and ownership. After seeing reasons Pats moved on from Bill, I doubt very much they'd be interested.

Remember when posters here were laughing because Brady only had 3 to 4 teams interested? Bill literally only had 1 desperate team even interview him.

Wouldn’t it be something if he went there and traded for *Mac*?

Maybe he has Jimmy G in his mind for when the Raiders cut him, and that’s part of what he’s explaining to Blank.
Imagine that! I think it's Jimmy G he'd be trading for.

He'll do what the Pats should do and bring in a known QB and draft another. He can have both Mac and Zap.
I've made mention that we should do this:

bring in Russ Wilson as a bridge Mac n Zapp both see themselves as starters in the league we need the draft pick to learn from a winner, an established veteran or trade for fields.

And Brady went to a stacked to the gills team that you could legitimately say was viewing him as the final piece to winning a Super Bowl. The Falcons have some potential, but they are NOT that. Their best aspiration is maybe winning a weak division and hoping they can make it past wildcard weekend. Even then, Tampa is good enough to throw a wrench in that, as is the possibility they don't find a QB.

I also don't think you will see the same situation of a bunch of talent rushing to Atlanta for Bill like they did in Tampa with Brady.

Bowles was the last Jets HC to beat Bill, before this last win by Saleh. I can see the Bucs sweeping the Falcons next year. Saints will at worse split w/ them. So he goes 3-3 in the weak division. This is not an easy schedule. I see another 4-13 season.

Patsfan Bill ball washers when ATL announces Bill as HC

LMAO

didn't the bucs split with the falcons this year and last?

The amount of animosity directed at Belichick is staggering.

Some real petty mother****ers in this site.

What do you care. Bill's no longer a Patriot.

Are you supporting your HC Mayo?

ahhh, ringleader #1 chimes in.

I care in the same way I didn't **** talk Brady when he left and played for Tampa.

They have more talent on offense, but not on defense.

I think both teams could be 10-6 next year. OR BETTER.

If one or both teams get a real QB.
Offense-Falcons
Defense-Pats

But look at the division he’s going to. Instead of playing the likes of Josh Allen, the Dolphins and the ARod led Jets twice a year he gets to play Baker Mayfield, the Saints who have cap issues and the worst team in the league. I expect him to get the Falcons to the playoffs.

But you never stepped in to defend him while he was being mocked and attacked either. You said you didn't gaf about him because he was no longer a Patriot.

At least be consistent.

Agreed. He's in his second meeting with the falcons. So that is his likely destination. However they don't have a winning QB? Wouldn't it be something if he went there and traded for Zapp .
Didn't ATL GM fleece Bill into giving up a 2nd for Sanu?

I am not worried about being "consistent"

Would hate to lump you into the same category as Showtime15, because quite frankly, that's where you are headed.

How long until we get a special BB forum?

Bill must have no other option. Atlanta has no defense & no QB. They may have less talent than the Pats. Bill will be lucky to break the wins record before he's run out of town.

Why McDaniels or O'Brien would follow him there is beyond me. At least NE is likely to have Maye or Daniels to work with.
He doesn't have any other options short of retiring. From his horrid record to the stories of dysfunction and internal turmoil, no one was interested in a 72 yo has been. Only a desperate Blank would consider him to revive his moribund franchise (6 straight losing seasons). The Patriots broke the Falcons 7 years ago and now Blank is hoping that Bill can fix it. He's due for more dissapointment.

LOL--word I hear through a box owner down there (OK, from an immediate family member who always sits in that box), Belichick has wanted Atlanta all along. Smoke and fire. Here it comes.
You're such a clown. Lol

I believe he is finding out that teams are putting deep thoughts into either moving away from thier Current coaches or hiring Bill for a short term rental. I'm curious to see who Bill gets as his QB. Will be a great game this season we play ATLANTA.
Lol, no we don't
