Berman's Dilemma

I think the league way overplayed their hand when they went into Berman's Court and essentially told him he has to defer to Goodell, and I believe that he see the NFL's position that they can do whatever they want as opening the door for more injustice and I don't think he wants to be the judge who sanctions that kind of abuse of power. I believe he will vacate on notice and process (no access to Pash) and preclude the NFL from re arbitrating the case. I'm expecting a major rebuke to the NFL in his finding. The NFL will of course appeal.
