It's nice to see something that isn't about the receivers for a change. I have a feeling that Svitek will be one of those genius BB signings. Won't be great, probably won't be a long-term starter but will be a solid backup at four positions on the OL and will do all well when required.

Of course we mustn't overlook the genius of Coach Scarnecchia, who is one of the greatest OL coaches of all times.

"Tommy’s been a really, really solid guy for us all the way through. Works hard, in early, stays late, does a lot of extra things, extra conditioning, things like that to really take care of himself and prepare for the game. I have a lot of respect for Tommy," Belichick said. "... He's been a great guy to work with. He's a very talented player. He's been an excellent teammate and team member since he's been here."

Came here to post this. Really reassuring to see. Belichick doesn't heap praise on a guy unless they deserve it, and if they deserve it they are probably going to do relatively well.

Well hold up now, not according to douche and squeaky. They called Belichick out for about a half an hour because he said Amendola so far in training camp had been dependable.
