I agree. Bill sucks at outside the numbers guys. Slots... he's great at that. Those pretty divas outside, no so much.

Bill can't. He doesn't want to coach those guys. It's his Achilles heel. Seems like it's either very coachable "yes sir" guys or undersized scrappy over achievers.

Yep, and he should be measured by his achievements in the context of what his opposing coaches and GM’s achieved over the past 20 years. Belichick won 6 Lombardi’s, 9 Conference Championships, and over 200 games as well as 30 playoff games.
