The Ravens are in football purgatory and are stuck there. A good regular season team which will never get to a Super Bowl because they are a dumb team and their QB is a better runner than a passer.

LJ is a great player no matter what happened today.
It was STUPID to draft Sony Michelle instead of Heisman trophy winner LJ. Nothing will ever change that. Colossal stupidity and stubbornness by Bill. Everyone knew it at the time and it still holds true today. Also YES he should;ld have broke the bank to sign LJ this year as well.

Was almost as stupid that he drafted Strange instead of first team all pro CB Trent McDuffie.

Patriots are the bottom of the barrel now and would have at least been a playoff team with LJ. Bill has f'ed up this team for many post Brady years thanks to his stupid arrogance and power hungry mania.

Lamar has faltered in the playoffs every season, he has been on one of the best programs in football.

Even if the Patriots team around Lamar was great, like the Ravens, they'd still lose in the playoffs because he's a poor passer.

Lamar’s updated playoff stats for his career:

2-4 record, 57% completions, 6.7 YPA, 6 interceptions, 6 fumbles/3 lost.

This season he had the undisputed #1 defense in the NFL, one of the best O-Lines, some of the best weapons and coaching…. just like 2019 he had zero excuses. He can’t pass for accuracy from the pocket in the playoffs.

Jokers here repeatedly whine about BB not drafting Lamar, time and the playoffs prove them wrong for five years running. This reminds me of a quote made about Lamar during the pre-draft process back in 2018:

"I think he could "appear" really good, he could look like young Michael Vick... and just like Vick he will be fool's gold. He will win some regular season games but unless he has the perfect situation around him won't sniff the Super Bowl.
