I know that we all think that the spreads are too low.

DALLAS
Let's say that we are 3-1 favorites to win the game. $110 to win $400. Is that about right?

INDY
Let's say that we are 2-1 favorites to win the game. $110 to win $300. Is that about right?

If these odds are about right, we are about 50% to win both games 3/4 x 2/3. That also seems about right.

Looks spot on to me.

Setting aside the odds issue, that ain't right.

The moneyline bet right now is around –480 for the Patriots. That means you have to risk $480 to win $100.

Yes, as ct states, if you wish to take the Patriots straight up, you'll have to risk almost 500 dollars for the opportunity to make 100.

If you wish to give the points in ANY game, it's usually -110 to -120, meaning that you have to risk that for the opportunity to win 100 dollars. In other words, if you bet 100 bucks, you aren't getting 100 back with a victory, let alone any of the 2x or 3x scenarios you've proposed.
