Yes. They were also a HUGE problem for him coming out of Miami. If you're not buying it, then ask yourself why someone as fast as he is has been relegated to the practice squad.

Jenkins does not have 4.2 speed. And the comparisons to Bam Childress don't exactly work in his favor. Childress was the 'always on the bubble' guy who never made it to the 53.
