Anyone else notice during the Will McDonough tribute on ESPN

during last night's broadcast.. And Sean McDonough was the one talking about his dad, and near the end all the sudden he was all choked up and he asks Gruden "You are going to need to help me here coach",, because he was emotional.

Never would have though I would, but I got all emotional when that went down. Wanted to call my dad! I will later.

Yeah I heard him get choked up. Can't blame him. I thought it was a touching tribute and actually a classy move by ESPN to a Boston sports reporting legend, who happened to be the announcer's father.

I also thought it was funny how Sean deadpanned that he and his father each "overcame our looks."

That is,alas,an unfortunate truth. Bulger is in the same class as child molesters. A worthless, spineless piece of ****. Not a tough guy. A ****y.
That being said, its not right to visit the sins of the father on the son. I recently lost my dad and its a painful thing.
As for Will, I can't justify his support for the scumbag, but for some, childhood bonds are hard to break.
