Quick Slants was good this week (both eps). Lots of discussion about how good the Pats are at taking advantage of, and forcing a team into mistakes. Good examples of their high level of football IQ.

Perry discusses how he feels that Gilmore’s good game was overrated a bit, and he points to his 3rd down penalty to keep the drive going, as well as the fact that he was still having some communication issues on the backend as issues that need to be fixed. A prime example was the TD he allowed to Demarius Thomas, and how he and Duron Harmon had a very lengthy discussion on the field after the play about who was supposed to be where.

I understand where Perry is coming from but at this point his issue with Gilmore feels a bit excessive especially when a few sentences later he says that Butler had an ok game and was close in coverage.
