FWIW

Philip Rivers has only played five games in his NFL career with temperature at or below freezing. He is 1-4 in those games.
In that same time period the Patriots are 27-7 with the temperature at or below freezing.

As has often been noted, the Chargers are 7-1 on the road and 7-0 away from LA.
Make no mistake, that record is very impressive.
It should also be noted that of the last seven NFL teams to have at least seven wins on the road during the regular season, only three advanced to the conference championship game.

I'm not worried at all. I mean, sure, if they're gonna lose a game in the post season this very well could be it. But every time they come up against a "tough" opponent and everyone is writing the Pats off they flip a 180° on everyone and win.

The Pats can win tomorrow as easily as they can lose. It is not a game outside their reach, this isn't an opponent that has us outmatched and gives us no hope to win barring a miracle. At the very worst, we're evenly matched with the Chargers.

I don't know why everyone is getting so damn antsy. As long as we don't beat ourselves we should be just fine.

That is not my point. To win you have to beat good teams, period.
People are acting like the Chargers are the second coming and the Pats shouldn't even show up. Maybe I believe in this Pats team moreso than others despite their inconsistencies this year, but the way people are blowing up SD is weird.

the colts straight up beat themselves. 5 offsides penalties, missed xp and missed fg. Running into the kicker penalty. Hopefully we play more disciplined

We have our shot to make it there just as much as Kansas City does. They seized the moment and now it’s our turn.
