Aaron Hernandez Dead

Death can sometime illicit sympathy for those who don't deserve it. (Again, I haven't read the pages here), but please resist the urge to do so.

This guy was a monster, plain and simple. The guy was a thug who thought he could get away with anything.

Feel bad and sympathize for guys like Junior Seau, not Aaron Hernandez.

If the Giants didn't score on their final drive, Aaron Hernandez would have had the game winning TD catch in SB XLVI.

Would have been a really strange piece of Patriots history...

Or if Gronk had caught his tip of the Hail Mary. One of the silver linings of losing SB46 is that AH doesn't go down as a Super Bowl hero.

Regards,
Chris

So he wins a case and his lawyers says he wants to try to appeal the llyod case or some **** and then Hernandez hangs himself? I'm not buying it.

Somebody was angry enough to get someone to kill Hernandez because of being acquitted for that other murder and payed someone? asked someone do it? something.

It makes no sense for Hernandez to hang himself at this time.

Email the state police and have them check the bedsheets for the DA's fingerprints.

Time for some way too soon dark comedy. Anyone wanna play a game of hang man?

A A _ O _ .... H E _ _ A _ D E _ to make it easier i spotted you the vowels and threw in a few letters too.

This popped up on my Facebook feed moments ago, actually. I guess it's not too soon. Haha.

Don't take the high road for Aaron Hernandez. Take the high road for his daughter.

Wasn't his motive for killing Lloyd in the first place the fact that he thought he was going to "snitch" on him for the first alleged murders, which he got off on anyways?

Osama Bin Laden has over 20 kids, no more Osama jokes either?

Sooo.....

Does this get us off the hook for his signing bonus and cap hit?

it makes no sense to murder a bunch of people all stemming from an accidental spilled drink when you're making millions of dollars to play football. Aaron Hernandez didn't really make life choices based on "good sense"

If as the report says the door was blocked from the inside then it was clearly a suicide. He will now face the ultimate justice

Until a video is released from the time he last entered the cell to the time he was apparently found dead with sufficient proof it was not tampered with than I don't buy it.

Maybe it's because I consider my self a sane rationale person and those who commit suicide or murder are often not thinking straight but what sense does this have coming only 5 days AFTER an acquittal and NOT during the 4 or 5 days of deliberations or the week after being found guilty and sentence to life.

Something simply does not add up here.

I didn't understand it then and I understand it less now.

Shame. Tradegy.

One of the best talents I've ever seen completely wasted.

Capt Kirk and Spock were beamed into AH cell while the Enterprise was hovering in space and hanged him while he slept then propped him up from his own bed sheet, tried to jam the cell door shut to make it look like it was a suicide.

I'm wondering the same thing does anyone know?
No...it screws the Pats....the conviction was on appeal.Suicide send s it back to square one because of some obscure legal rule

Wait so we might still be on the hook for his cap space, even with him DEAD? WTF

What a great player he was...I liked him very much ... great talent ... then the incredible ... endless tragedy ... little to add ... terrible ..sad...what a finish...

No, I haven't read the 12 pages of messages for mine (so apologies if this has already been discussed) but I'm shocked at how much national coverage this is getting.

I turned Sportscenter on this morning and all they did was talk about Aaron Hernandez for the 25 minutes that I had it on. I was shocked. Sure, mention it, but dedicate the show to it? Especially when NBA and NHL playoffs are ongoing. As far as I was concerned Aaron Hernandez was dead to the sports world years ago.
Come on!

Do you honestly think BSPN would pass up any opportunity to shine the spotlight on anything that they can spin in their effort to make the Patriots look bad? Of course it's their top story.

If you want to keep up with the latest sports, there are plenty of actual TV and online resources. Bristol is solidly NY despise-Boston territory.

Yeah, it feels icky on the surface, but it ultimately makes some sense.
Yeah -- there's not much else that can be done, IMHO. If you were appealing your crime when you died there's no way to know how the appeal would have turned out, so given the US's overriding principle of innocent until proven guilty I don't really see what other option there is but to void the conviction in some form.
