Adam Schefter of ESPN reported tonight via Twitter that former Bears DE Adewale Ogunleye worked out for the Patriots today. According to Schefter that after the workout, they're are undecided about signing him.
Last season Ogunleye had 38 tackles, 25 of them solo along with 6.5 sacks and a forced fumble before Ogunleye fractured his left tibula on December 20, 2009 in a game against the Baltimore Ravens. He was placed on season-ending injured reserve on December 26.
If this is true, it sounds more like Derrick Burgess may be leaning more toward retirement as he continues to contemplate his future.
