I don't know if it was a softening of his bluster because he looks like an idiot, or if he actually thinks other coaches aren't trying to win SBs so that makes him great because he says he tries to win. In either case, something isn't quite right above that oversized neck.

the reason he says these things is because he's nuts...it's like trying to get a narcissist into therapy...they almost always steadfastly refuse to admit they have a problem and different therapies and schools of thought on the treatment of these individuals have a poor success rate...uncontrollable hunger and binge overeating, following up every piece of work with "now let's go eat snacks@!!",delving into sexual deviancy and making public videotapes that go viral worldwide,continuous boasts and braggings of perceived superiority in the face of evidence to the contrary...these are all symptoms of a very, very disturbed individual...and as long as this league enables his erratic behaviour and off the wall verbal tirades, he WILL continue unabated...until he either pops from obesity or loses his public platform.
