A Few Brady Postseason Numbers

If the Pats win the SB this year, his playoff wins (28) will then match Peyton Manning and John Elway, COMBINED, or double up either, individually.

It would be great if he can DOUBLE Montana's wins before he retires.

he could lap all but joe this postseason...

He has a better winning percentage than Fivehead

We are spoiled

OT: My cable operator just cut off NBCS NE....in other words...no more Squeaky and the Douche.
My source for negativity and hysteria has vanished...and all I'm left with is PatsFans.com positivity. Guess I will have to visit the game day thread to find balance :)

I think he is also tied with Brett Favre for most post-season interceptions

Brady 1325 attempts, int every 42.7 attempts

Favre 791 attempts, int every 26.3 attempts

Manning int every 40.9 attempts

Montana int every 34.9 attempts

In the postseason, Fivehead is 14-13, Brady 25-9.

If Tom Brady loses his next 14 playoff games, he still has a better winning percentage than Fivehead.

Said another way, if Brady plays through age 53 and is one-and-done in the playoffs EVERY SINGLE YEAR, his 25-23 record would still top Fivehead's 14-13.

I always like this chart.

Many things to point out.
More wins than Montana and Young, COMBINED.
Same #wins as Peyton Manning and Roger Staubach, COMBINED.
Same #wins as Kurt Warner, Steve Young, and Dan Marino, COMBINED.

He could conceivably have more wins than #2 and #3 combined after a couple more seasons. :O

What do you mean "if" Brady plays through age 53? Is that in doubt?

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Don't be putting that stat in there. Montana never threw an INT in the Super Bowl...

Well there's one record HGH Sexual Predator still has. Most playoff appearances by a QB. Soon to be tied by Tom Brady.

One of the most incredible statistics for Brady is o losing seasons in 17 years. The only other QB who hasn't had a losing season is Russell Wilson, but he's only done it for 6 years so far. Wilson is also the only QB who hasn't had a one and done playoff, Brady has had 2 in 14 playoffs.

This is a list of QB's and the numbers next to each player are losing seasons/total years - one and dones/total playoffs - SB wins.

Favre - 2/19 - 3/12 - 1
Brady - 0/16 - 2/14 - 5
P Manning - 2/17 - 9/15 (an incredible record of gagitude) - 2
Brees - 6/16 - 2/7 - 1
E Manning - 5/14 - 4/7 - 2
Big Ben - 1/14 - 3/9 - 2
Palmer - 7/14 - 2/3 - 0
A Smith - 4/12 - 3/5 - 0
Rivers - 2/11 - 3/5 - 0
Romo - 1/10 - 2/4 - 0
Flacco - 1/10 - 0/6 - 1
Rodgers - 1/10 - 3/8 - 1 (most overrated of all QBs)
Ryan - 2/10 - 3/6 - 0
Dalton - 2/7 - 4/4 - 0
Newton - 4/7 - 2/4 - 0 (good thing he can run)
Wilson - 0/6 - 0/5 - 1
Luck - 1/5 - 1/3 - 0 (from suck for Luck to suck is Luck)

I want to see him hit 10k post season passing yards in the super bowl this feb. On the way to a win of course.

I wanna see him hit 10k passing yards in this year's Super Bowl...

...alone.

Seriously though, what's really cool is that he's passed Montana and Young's COMBINED playoff wins. Assuming Rapistberger wins this weekend, TFB could still pass both him and Bradshaw COMBINED if he wins the Super Bowl this year.

My favorite Brady stat is the 50+ pass attempts. Brady stands alone.

For playoffs

I am as big a fan as the next guy here. Not belittling Brady by any means.

Wasn't questioning your fanhood just your perspective. And I was just razzing you a bit.

Rodgers would need to win 5 Super Bowls to reach Brady's playoff wins.
