Might as well say it. It sounds like sour grapes but check for yourself. the NFL rule states "The width of the neutral zone is defined by length of the football". I have looked at the tape numerous times. We had the ball on the 28 and 1/2 yard line. You tell me where his hand is? #79 Raheem Brock was lined up off sides. His hand was on the line of scrimmage. Kopen angles the ball back to snap but without a doubt, #79 "lined up off sides". He is well within that "real estate".
Should have been "Off-side-Colts. Neutral Zone Infraction. First down, NE". His hand is definitely off-sides.
