I see a lot of things that he will sign a contract worth xxx amount, nothing about him actually signing yet.

Jacas was also receiving from a hamstring issue, and there is a lot of conflicts with guys in the mid 2nd as they are figuring out the guarantees in the contract.

I've looked and I can't find confirmation that LOMU has signed. I know what OTC has him slotted at, but no confirmation on the signing.

that's a projection of what his contract would be. Look at the date. It's the same day as the draft took place.

It's not a confirmation of signing.
